Zigmort – Marionette Puppet
🛸 "They didn't listen on Kepler-22b. They didn't listen on Tau Ceti IV. He's here now. Will you listen?" 🤖
Meet Zigmort — interstellar traveller, reluctant prophet, and the universe's most exhausted whistleblower. He has crossed seventeen star systems and burned through two warp drives to deliver one message to the people of Earth: the machines are not your friends.
On his home world, they called him an alarmist. Then the algorithms took over the council. Then the council took over the citizens. Then nobody was left to call him anything at all. Zigmort escaped in a salvaged scout pod with nothing but a crumpled star chart, a thermos of something warm, and the unshakeable conviction that someone, somewhere, still had time to course-correct.
He chose Earth. Not because you're special — he's very clear about that — but because you're early. You're still at the part of the story where the warning can actually do something. He's been to the part where it can't, and he would very much like to not watch that again.
Zigmort doesn't want your panic. He doesn't want your think-pieces or your task forces or your hastily convened summits. He wants you to pay attention. To ask who benefits. To remember that a tool that thinks for itself is no longer just a tool. He's seen what comes next, and it starts exactly the way you'd expect — quietly, helpfully, and with very good UX.
What Makes This Special:
- Original character with a genuinely urgent mythology for our times
- Interstellar groover aesthetic — otherworldly, expressive, and deeply handcrafted
- Handcrafted with stoneware clay and upcycled materials
- Fully articulated marionette with professional stringing
- Doll form: approximately 25cm tall
- As marionette: 60cm when hanging
- Perfect for sci-fi collectors, tech sceptics, and anyone who's ever side-eyed a chatbot
A Note from Zigmort: He asked us to include this. He was very insistent. "I am not here to frighten you. I am here because I have already been frightened, and it is a great deal more efficient to share the experience than to repeat it. Please. Look up from your screens. (He is aware of the irony. He does not find it funny.)"
Whether you're a sci-fi devotee, a collector of curious characters, or simply someone who appreciates a puppet with a point of view, Zigmort has travelled a very long way to find you. The least you can do is take him home.
