SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic (Australia): We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International: International orders are shipped via Australia Post International. Estimated delivery time is 10-21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country and customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through Australia Post or your local postal service.

International Orders - Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing. Please check with your local customs office for potential charges before ordering.
