Jhett: Desert Klan Initiate and Puk-Master Understudy
Jhett is a member of Klan Hoek-ud-Rhodda, one of least consequential Klans trawling the Great Desert for precious metals. She is part of an enklave, a smaller tribe of young initiates who must first prove their worth within a distinct kommunity before completing their individual Forty Days of Fire and eventual invitation into the Klan proper. She is level-headed and extremely capable, a talented understudy to the Puk-masters who manage the giant Artifakts which are vital to any Klan's survival. But the Pux have started to fall and crash, and her own Fire-Walk finds her leading a mythic warrior of Old-Lore across the sands seeking answers, as whispers of a bloody War begin.
The Land of Odd: A mystical experience in World-building! Meet the Oddlings, a deliberate tribute to the humble Podlings developed by Brian Froud for "The Dark Crystal". Normally a grassroots clan dressed generically in the umbers and ochres of the earth, our redeveloped Oddlings embrace a much wider palette of colour and textiles in their costuming and adopt a wide range of vibrant skin tones quite at odds with the earthy hues of their originators. Much of our collected jewellery and specialty off-cuts have found a home here, lending every one its own unique individuality.
