Juz's Story
Klave-mate to Jhett and the others, Juz is a skeptic of old-Lore thinking and holds a general disdain for ancient stories and rituals which don't contribute practically to life in the Desert. A constant foil to Jhett's cool-headed pragmatism, they make an unlikely pair for a joint-Initiation leading the Land's Grand Adventurer, Sloane, on his secret quest to far, far North. His confidence is often forced, hiding secret doubts about his own self-worth, but with the future of the entire Land resting in the balance, he may have to learn a thing or three from his kompanions if he hopes to return.
