Mother Roze's Story:

The ubiquitous puppet-master behind the Baby, whose supposed insights and premonitions of the Land's demise have formed the basis of belief behind the kult of the Grey Ash Peeple. Mother Roze is a commanding presence, rigid and unwavering in her determination to amass a force ready to defend her twisted world view against unbelievers. Her harsh dogma perhaps comes from a hunger to control rather than any real religious fervour, but there might still be some truth to be found in the nonsense she sells, especially as events in the Land take a decided turn for the worst.

The Land of Odd is a richly imagined world where diverse Oddling communities—from Desert-dwellers to Underwolders, Aeyriekin to Swamplings, Oceanics to Forestkind—each bring their own cultures, beliefs, and traditions to life. Inspired by Brian Froud's beloved Podlings from "The Dark Crystal," our Oddlings have evolved into a vibrant, diverse civilization with their own mythology, conflicts, and epic quests.
