Kachinas are the spirit beings celebrated through dance, costume and mask by the Pueblo people of Central America. To many modern day theorists, they potentially suggest a link between the ancient culture and an extraterrestrial influence, the dolls created as an extension of their rituals seen as manifestations of an early alien race which the Pueblo people were witness to. For us here @squeakingtribemarionettes of course, they represent a new wellspring of inspiration and a new range of marionettes.
